We also advise on the disposal of residential and commercial property assets and, where necessary, assist in compiling the right team to manage this on behalf of the client. 

Through years of experience, we are in a position to provide objective, real world solutions to even the most complex of property matters. What’s more, in most instances, we are able to provide a proportionate and viable solution. However, on occasion, the advice offered may not be what the client wants to hear but rather is given in good faith on the grounds of our perception of what is in the client’s best interests and in accordance with our advocacy of integrity.

Client 1: UK Resident. High Net Worth Family

We have the privilege of advising some of the wealthiest families in Europe. In this case, we are engaged to assist with the acquisition of prime UK real estate, specifically over £100 million worth of investments in commercial and residential properties across London. The goal is to secure assets that offer high capital value and strong returns.

Client 2: Middle Eastern Family.

We began working with Mr. B six months ago, and have recently signed a three-year commitment to provide ongoing advisory services. Our focus includes reviewing their current UK and international property portfolio, advising on which assets require investment and which should be disposed of. We are also assisting in identifying new, high-growth assets to add to their portfolio.
